Ute Mountain Casino Hotel

Stopped in to grab a bite to eat and use the restroom during a road trip. There was plenty of parking, casino was clean. It was early in the morning, no many people inside. Went to the small deli to eat. Staff was nice. We each ordered a breakfast burrito. Price was very reasonable. Sercive was quick. Neither one of us really liked the burrito. Just didn't have any flavor. If ever in tje area again I would go back and just try something different.

Exploring the cliff dwellings at Mesa Verde was a journey back in time. I crawled through narrow tunnels and stood in kivas, imagining the Ancestral Puebloans who lived here 800 years ago. Balcony House’s ladder climb made my palms sweat, but the view from the top — the valley below, the sun on the sandstone — was worth it. It’s humbling to see homes built with such skill, still standing after centuries

Stopped in for one night got a great price on the room even though the lobby smelled like cigarettes the room did not thank God impeccable room great casino. I won a couple hundred dollars. The only thing I would say to need to improve on is their food. It was really really bad. I had to drive into town to get dinner.

It was 5:30 pm on a Friday. We got gas at the gas station across the way and saw the Casino sign. We were getting hungry and thought they might have a buffet. Boy were we glad we stopped by! We paid $20 each for a buffet dinner that included prime rib! They had raspberry tea as a drink option that was delicious as well as soups, salades, and a dessert selection that included fresh peach pie! The only minor negative was that they do not serve ice cream to go with the desserts. The staff were also very friendly. I felt very welcome! They also have RV spots available, which we will keep in mind for the future.

My son and I stopped in for lunch. Everything was fresh, hot and tasted good. The choice for lunch was not huge, but it was good. The staff was very friendly in the buffet. They even asked if I was a veteran and gave me a discount. The Casino was okay. I left 100.00 up. Can't say anything about the hotel. I will stop and eat there again.

We did not spend the night. We played bingo during New Years Eve, could've had more people at the counter selling bingo stuff... we stood in line for an hour & half. All & all it was a good visit.

Absolutely beautiful park. Sites were spacious and easy to get in and out. Large dog park, not suitable for small dogs though due to big gaps at gate openings which makes it easy for them to escape. Would not recommend letting puppies off leash unless you can block the gates. Showers were amazing. Plenty of hot water and good pressure. Laundry rooms were clean with no shortage of machines. I would definitely recommend staying here. Be sure to check out the restaurant and buffet while you’re here. The food was amazing and the prices even better!

the night manager Craig root was very helpful tonight 11/22. He was very understanding and accommodating and helpful with everything. Promote him, good to know there are nice people in this world. This a good casino manager.
